How far in advance do we need to confirm our guest count and menu? If you would like a custom set menu for your event, please notify our team at least 10 days prior to your reservation date so we can prepare your selections. While we do our best to accommodate last-minute additions to your guest count, significant increases must be confirmed with the restaurant in advance to ensure comfortable seating and optimal service. Are set menus required for private events? No, set menus are completely optional! Guests are welcome to order directly from our standard main dining and sushi menu during your event. Custom set menus are available upon request if you prefer a streamlined multi-course experience for your group. What is your policy on outside food, cakes, and beverages? You are welcome to bring outside cakes or celebration desserts. We will gladly provide plates, cake knives, and candles for your party. Outside wine is permitted subject to a corkage fee per bottle opened. No other outside food or beverages are permitted in the restaurant. Can we decorate the private room? Yes! You are welcome to personalize the room with table decorations, flowers, party favors, balloons, and display easels. To preserve our wood finishes and artwork, we kindly ask that nothing be taped, pinned, or attached directly to the walls. What is your deposit and cancellation policy? To secure your private room reservation, your deposit ($100 for standard rooms, $200 for full room bookings) is processed as a restaurant gift card. While deposits are non-refundable, your gift card balance does not expire and can be applied directly to your final bill or saved for a future visit.
